Band 3 – Salary c£10.15 per hour

4 part time posts – Grotto opening hours to be covered on a rota

Are you passionate about Christmas?

Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice are seeking Grotto Coordinators to work at the Christmas Grotto in the Broadway Shopping Centre, Bexleyheath and also a new Grotto for 2017 in Greenwich Market.

As part of the Fundraising team, and working closely with our volunteers, the post holders will be responsible for coordinating volunteers at the Grotto, to act as a steward to assist Santa, have interaction with the general public and oversee the running of the stalls and other activities associated with the Grotto.

We are seeking motivated individuals with excellent organisational, communication and people skills, with experience in team management. The ability to work well as part of a team is key, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and problem solve.  

The Grotto will operate seven days a week, so it is essential that you can work weekends as part of the Coordination team, and be flexible to work across both the Bexleyheath and Greenwich sites.
